Holds a Graduate Degree in Economics and Business from the University Federico II of Naples, final grade summa cum laude; she is also a certified counselor and a Master practitioner in NLP. She’s currently attending to a tree years Artherapy Master.

7/00-4/01          REVLON, New York – Global Marketing Director

In charge of Revlon fragrance - both USA and International Markets

Responsibilities included:

· Definition of International marketing strategy

Oversight of full life-cycle new products launches identifying the market opportunity, positioning, formula briefs, and packaging, advertising and merchandising the final definition of the projects and their production.

· Supervise and check for the program’s implementation through the co-ordination with a number of departments.

Reported to Vice President Cosmetic International.

Co-ordinate a junior product manager for the USA and a junior marketing communication for International.

Main achievements: Extension and adaptation of launches to the different International markets (Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, South Africa, and Europe); reached sales budget objectives for USA; developed introduction strategies and plans for USA trade.

7/99-6/00                   REVLON, New York – International Category Manager

Responsible for Global re-launch of Ultima II brand, a prestigious makeup and treatment line, mainly sold in selective-distribution department stores and perfumeries.

Reported to Vice President Cosmetic International. Co-ordinate one junior product manager.

Main achievements:

· Definition of International strategy for the brand, brand repositioning, packaging re-stage, product line rationalization.

· Development and deployment of advertising, merchandising and promotional guidelines.

· Developments of International press campaign

· Significant cost reduction in all merchandising and advertising materials

4/94-7/99                   REVLON, Rome - Group Brand Manager
Responsible for:

· Beauty Care: Natural Honey, Flex shampoo and conditioner, ZP11, Colorstay Haircolor. Mass market distribution and perfumeries

· Ultima II and Marcella Borghese makeup, treatment and fragrances.

Reported to General Manager. Co-ordinated one assistant and one junior product manager.

Main achievements:

Multiplied sales by four times on promotional campaigns; reached sales budget for Ultima, keeping the brand the #1 profit contributor; developed two types of new permanent merchandising for Ultima, ideated several promotional campaign at low cost and high return; retained and built on base consumers and trade trough Direct marketing activities.

6/92-4/94                    L’OREAL, Turin - Product Manager
Responsible for:

· Personal care Phyto – natural Haircare range

· Fragrances: Naf Naf, Vanderbilt, Kookai, and Caractére

Marketing experience started with 3 months in field as salesperson in Emilia-Romagna.

Reported to Marketing Director.

Main achievements: developed several budget simulation to introduce fragrances in mass market, adaptation of French launch and advertising campaign to Italian market; brought Italy to become lead country in developing promotional campaigns. 

2/91-6/92                    COLGATE PALMOLIVE, Rome- Junior Product Manager
Assistant on Ajax all-purpose Cleaner- Mass Market Distribution.
- Main brand re launch through advertising campaign “Carmen”.

- Two line extension launches.

Main achievements: contributed to climb from # 2 up to the # 1 position in a very aggressive market.

Born in Naples, Italy. Graduated cum laude in Economics and Business Administration at 21, I left my native town to work for  multinational companies.

Before turning 33 I was Global Marketing Director in New York.

After that, I felt compelled to change something, keeping what I loved about my job, creativity, team work, cooperation.

I began my entrepreneurial career facilitating  individuals and organizations with seminars  and consultancy.
